IT Consultant
For Regional Northern NSW Areas
Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for an IT consultant with proven capability with workstations, Microsoft Windows and Office, networking, routers, printers, troubleshooting and server support.

Job Location: Regional Northern NSW Areas
Clients Located: Regional NSW, Regional QLD, Sydney, Kingscliff, Perth, Melbourne & NZ
Office Locations: Newport SYD, Northern NSW, Kingscliff NSW & Southern QLD

  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and stays on the cutting edge of technology
  • Possesses a positive attitude and a cheerful outlook to both clients and team members and ultimately forms trusting bonds with both
  • Is a high performer with exceptional attention to detail and initiative in all areas
  • Can provide outstanding IT solutions to our clients
  • Has the ability to provide outstanding customer service for our clients, ranging from small business to medium size and corporate clients
  • Is able to consult and suggest/implement solutions for servers, workstations, stand-alone computers, cloud, security, VOIP, back-up and data recovery, pro-active maintenance, hardware sales and service including networks and components
  • Can provide software support for a range of different programs
  • Has a high level of communication and organization, and can work autonomously
  • Presents a corporate image & enjoys working as part of a team
  • IT certification and or tertiary education is desirable either completed or under way
  • Has a high level of communication and organisation
